Service Description
Invite your extended family for a 60-minute photography session and take home 50-60 edited pictures that celebrate your family’s unique story. Perfect for reunions, large family gatherings, or capturing generational photos, this package ensures everyone’s presence is beautifully documented. For families looking to capture more moments, the session can be extended. Treasure the moments with your loved ones through photographs that span generations.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your session. The balance must be paid before or on the session day. Accepted payments: [insert methods]. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling One free reschedule if requested 72+ hours before the session. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged in full with no refunds. If Frank Meyer Photography cancels, a new date or full deposit refund will be offered. 3. Late Arrivals 15-minute grace period allowed. After 15 minutes, session time is reduced. After 30 minutes, session is canceled with no refund. 4. Weather & Force Majeure Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to bad weather. Extreme circumstances (natural disasters, emergencies) allow for rescheduling. 5. Image Delivery & Usage Edited images delivered within [insert timeframe]. Frank Meyer Photography retains full copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a personal use license and cannot resell or alter images. 6. Model Release Booking grants permission for promotional use unless declined in writing. 7. Retouching & Edits Basic retouching included (lighting, minor blemish removal). Extensive retouching (body alterations, background changes) costs extra. 8. Liability & Indemnification Not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damages during the session. Clients are fully responsible for themselves and minors present. 9. Refund Policy Payments are non-refundable, except if Frank Meyer Photography cancels without rescheduling. 10. Commercial & Event Photography Custom contracts apply to corporate and event photography. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required for events.
